Hi, I am Rachel. I began making cakes when I was thirteen years old. Since then, my passion for baking has grown into a hobby. I enjoy experimenting with paleo, sugar free, dairy free, and nut free products. I love trying new shapes, contours, textures and flavors. Cooking is not only a hobby, but a form of art. I have taken classes in basic decorating and edible flower making. I also have a bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from UNCG where I learned many techniques on accommodating allergens.
